Organic and Homegrown Produce Served at Marinadale Retreat and Conference Center

When the Dominican Sisters of Hope requested healthier foods for Mariandale, they sowed the seeds for a much bigger venture. Chef Manager Josh Arcaro prepares fresh produce grown right outside the kitchen window for retreatants, sisters, staff and guests.
