What Is Integral Yoga®?
Integral Yoga® is an integrative science that cultivates and maintains physical, mental and spiritual health. When Yoga is practiced in a non-competitive, meditative way the practitioner experiences an indrawn awareness that facilitates a deep respect for the body, clarity of mind, flexibility and strength for the entire system.

The Healing Benefits of Yoga
In recent years, western medical and therapeutic settings have been incorporating the practices of Yoga into the treatments for acute and chronic disease. The practices of Yoga are used to address specific concerns such as pain management, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, arthritis, asthma, heart disease, backache, hypertension and other types of mobility-related health challenges, promoting optimal health and wellness.

Yoga for Beginners: This class is perfect for anyone who would like to begin practicing Yoga or has been practicing for a short time. We will explore Yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation.

Mixed Level Yoga: This class is for individuals who have had some experience with Yoga and would like to explore and deepen their personal practice. The class will incorporate Yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation.

Gentle Yoga: This class is designed for those who may be recovering from an injury, managing a difficult physical condition or who would just like to experience a gentle Yoga class. We will work with supported poses using bolsters, gentle breathing and deep relaxation to promote health and vitality.

Yoga for Seniors: Reinvigorate your body, build strength, flexibility, and have fun. This class is specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with different physical capacities. The Yoga postures will be adapted to meet the needs of each participant.
(55 & over or if you feel this is the right class for you)

Yoga for Kids (6 to 9 years of age): This class is designed specifically for kids to develop strength and flexibility of the body and focus of the mind. In this class we will explore Yoga poses, games, meditation and relaxation exercises in a fun and relaxed way.
