| We are told again and again in the Gospels that our God is ever close to us
and hears our whispers, knows our tears, rejoices with us, and is aware of our
hearts’ deepest desires. God is always inviting us to deeper intimacy;
we are called to risk more, through revealing who we truly are. Prayer is that
revelation of ourselves.
Allow us to join our prayers with yours. We believe that being contemplative
(prayerful) is at the heart of all discernment and action. We invite you to
be a part of our prayerful community at Mariandale by sharing your intentions
with us: your hopes and desires, your blessings and concerns. We will personally
place each of your requests in our Book of Intentions in our Chapel. They will
be included not only in our liturgies but also will be held by individuals of
our community in private prayer.
In return, we ask that you hold our ministry here at Mariandale in your prayers.
In addition, we would also like to alert you (via email flash) when we are holding
a particular intention for the world in prayer and will invite you to join with
us. In this way, we can be a true community of prayer.
Please use the form we have provided for your prayer requests clicking the
